Weeks 1-3: Foundation of Royal Identity – Discovering Your Spirit
In Weeks 1-3, we focus on your spirit, the real you, by laying the foundation of your royal identity and grounding you in the unwavering truth of who you are in Christ. This is a deep, transformative dive into Biblical principles, where you’ll shed any false identities, limiting beliefs, and past wounds that have kept you from fully embracing your royal heritage. You will step into a new reality where you are anchored in the truth that you are unconditionally loved, divinely empowered, and chosen for a unique purpose.
This time is about reprogramming your mindset and embracing your true identity as a queen – a daughter of the King. It is a profound shift that will ignite a fire within you to rise up with boldness and confidence. By the end of these 3 weeks, you will know your worth deeply – you are bonafide royalty, and you were created to co-reign with King Jesus.
Weeks 4-6: Strengthening Your Soul – Unearthing Your Unique Gifts
In Weeks 4-6, we focus on your soul: your will, intellect, and personality. It’s time to explore the unique gifts, talents, and strengths that make you stand out and shine. This is your journey of self-discovery, where you’ll uncover the qualities that make you one of a kind.
You will begin by taking the Gallup StrengthsFinder quiz to identify your top 5 strengths. These are the natural gifts and talents that you may not even fully realize are a part of you. A certified Gallup Strengths coach will walk you through how to harness these strengths and apply them to every area of your life – from your career and relationships to your communication skills and personal growth.
During this time, you’ll not only discover your strengths but also learn to harness them for maximum impact. You’ll gain clarity on how to live with purpose and elevate your life to a higher level. The more you embrace your unique qualities, the more you step into your full, radiant confidence – and the world will feel the impact of the powerful queen that you are.
Weeks 7-9: Honoring Your Body – Radiating Confidence from the Inside Out
In Weeks 7-9, we turn our focus to one of the most important aspects of your reign: your body. This is where you’ll explore how you perceive your physical self and how to create a loving, empowering relationship with your appearance. As a queen, you are called to honor your vessel – the very body that carries you through life’s journey.
You will work on shedding any negative self-image and start embracing your body with respect and gratitude. It is a time to align your habits with the ultimate goals of the queen you are becoming, this will empower you to feel your absolute best.
We offer a curated style analysis that is as much about your inner transformation as it is about your outward expression. Does your wardrobe reflect the powerful, majestic queen you are becoming? We will help you discover a personal style that communicates your strength, beauty, and confidence – enabling you to walk into any room with regal presence.
By the end of these 3 weeks, you’ll step into a new level of radiant confidence. You'll honor and care for your body as the temple it is, fully embracing your beauty, strength, and unique physicality. This is about empowerment from the inside out, as you prepare to reign with purpose and grace.
Weeks 9-12: Reign and Rule – Living in Your Purpose
The final phase of the Empowered to Reign Academy is all about stepping into your purpose and claiming your throne as the queen you were always meant to be. In these weeks, you will transition from self-discovery to self-empowerment and begin to live out your reign.
You will be equipped with the tools, mindset, and strategies to confidently lead in every area of your life – from your career or business to your relationships and community. With the deep understanding of your royal identity, unique strengths, and physical well-being, you’ll be ready to face any challenge, overcome obstacles, and create the legacy you were born to leave.
Through guided coaching, workshops, and mentorship, we will equip you with the tools that you need to step into your divine purpose with the clarity and confidence that your reign deserves.
